Warehouse Associate

Support parts and service department in daily activities resulting in the timely/accurate processing, collection, and delivery of orders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and deliveries
  • Create, develop, and close orders
  • Provide quotations to customers
  • Provide manuals and drawings as needed
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with customer collections as needed
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation
  • Enter all required information and documentation into the company ERP system
  • Request pricing from vendors and create purchase orders for required materials
  • Track material deliveries and expedite orders as needed
  • Initiate the RMA process for materials being returned for warranty or credit
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of related experience and/or training
  • Industry-related product knowledge
  • Detail-oriented
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
  • Strong understanding of inventory, orders, returns, and other core business operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Thorough understanding of company safety, environmental, and operational practices
  • Ability to safely lift materials of various weights regularly
  • Strong team player
