As a Franchise Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life, partnering with franchisees around the globe to deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives that support the Global Franchising line of business, ensure consistent application of brand standards, and drive market share growth across the franchise network. Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute Global Franchise marketing projects, including creating, presenting, and implementing marketing elements that support franchise operations across international markets
  • Coordinate localization and execution of global marketing campaigns across the franchise network while maintaining brand alignment and adapting materials for cultural nuances, language priorities, and market needs
  • Manage international creative assets within the Digital Asset Manager database, including asset organization, user access, training, and ongoing support
  • Coordinate with agency partners to translate global campaign materials into scalable toolkits for franchisee activation, including digital, out-of-home, television, social, and B2B assets
  • Serve as a point of contact for franchisees and local agency creative assets to support global brand consistency, compliance with brand guidelines, and effective market activation
  • Conduct marketing trainings for franchisees and local agency partners on brand standards, creative asset usage, campaign materials, and available marketing resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to ensure accurate and consistent rental location data across global digital platforms
  • Support priority international marketing projects, including consumer insights, market research, and other inputs used to inform marketing planning and business decisions
  • Create and present project updates for franchise operators and business leadership teams in person or virtually, including presentations delivered independently in English or the appropriate regional language
  • Develop and distribute monthly marketing results, highlighting key milestones, campaign activity, performance updates, and franchise network progress

Minimum:
