About the Agency Client Partner - Reddit
MarketStar is seeking an Agency Client Partner (CP) to join us in our Ogden, UT location representing Reddit. In this role you will work with Advertising Agencies to proactively manage partnerships, ensuring that agency contacts and are satisfied and that their business objectives are met using Reddit's advertising solutions. Reddit is one of the hottest social media names on the market, and you will be part of the rocket ship that created the "Reddit Effect"! As a Client Partner, you will own the full sales cycle from lead to close, working with small to mid-size businesses. CPs draw daily on both their skills in managing client relationships and utilizing the data provided to make strategic and thoughtful decisions. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value both to Reddit and to the advertisers they support.
Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid
What Will You Do?
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing agency clients.

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Follow best practices for setting up campaigns, including recommended flight durations, budget allocations, and creative strategies.

  • Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines, especially when working with sensitive verticals. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
