Team Introduction: The TikTok Creative Team focuses on building a global ecosystem of creative products. By integrating AI technology innovations with data-driven decision-making, we are dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of ad creatives. Through core products such as the Creator Marketplace (for influencers) and the Creative Exchange (for agencies), we explore innovative applications of Generative AI (GenAI) in the advertising sector, making creative marketing more efficient and intelligent. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Strategic Direction: Research the application scenarios and opportunities for various creative types (Agency-produced, Influencer-led, GenAI-generated) within advertising contexts; formulate strategic plans and define "North Star" metrics for our global creative products. - Metric Monitoring: Create and maintain performance dashboards; monitor and analyze key business and product metrics; provide data-driven recommendations to continuously optimize ROI and enhance organizational - Implementation & Execution: Collaborate closely with global business teams to drive the implementation of key initiatives (e.g., sales incentive policies, incremental testing) and to facilitate product and business growth strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an MBA degree - Prior internship experience in Business Analytics or Product Operations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work proactively. - Strong data savviness and a keen interest in creative marketing and AI technology applications. - Highly self-driven; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong ability to learn quickly and effectively coordinate/drive initiatives forward. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $50- $50.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
