- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize dealer partnerships and program enrollments within your assigned territory
- Conduct proactive networking, warm outreach, and consultative selling to identify high-potential dealership opportunities
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, ensuring exceptional dealer and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and territory performance to identify growth opportunities
- Provide hands-on, in-person training to dealership F amp;I teams on AutoPayPlus enrollment processes, value propositions, and best practices
- Conduct regular dealer visits (30–90-day cadence optimal) to maintain relationships, troubleshoot challenges, and drive performance improvement
- Present AutoPayPlus differentiators: RePayPlus reinsurance program, Benefits Calculator for F amp;I opportunities, VisionAST reporting, and PERKS loyalty program
- Deliver compelling presentations to dealership leadership on program ROI, customer retention benefits, and revenue opportunities
- Utilize Creatio CRM to track all sales activities, dealer relationships, enrollment metrics, and territory performance
