Your energy and quick service will help keep the atmosphere fun, friendly, and efficient. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings
  • Scoop ice cream accurately and efficiently using proper food handling techniques to maintain quality and sanitation standards
  • Operate POS systems to process transactions smoothly and accurately
  • Upsell additional toppings, sundaes, or specialty items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, including sanitizing scoops, counters, and utensils regularly
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end
  • Support food preparation tasks like stocking supplies, refilling toppings, and cleaning equipment as needed
  • Other job duties as required
Requirements

Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation protocols, and maintain a clean work environment
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations; familiarity with retail math is a plus
