  • Develop and maintain a calendar of community events, volunteer opportunities, and outreach initiatives.
  • Create engaging website content such as Before & After stories, Job Stories, blogs, case studies, and project highlights.
  • Capture photos and videos from events, volunteer projects, and job sites to support social media, website content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to highlight customer success stories, completed projects, and community involvement.
  • Evaluate marketing initiatives and recommend new ideas to improve community engagement and brand awareness.
  • *Travel regularly throughout the Chattanooga and Knoxville service areas to support marketing initiatives and events.
  • Serve as a professional and enthusiastic ambassador who reflects our Core Values in every interaction.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is

  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership without constant direction.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with new people.
  • Friendly, positive, and known for bringing enthusiasm wherever they go.
  • Comfortable interacting with homeowners, business owners, community leaders, and event attendees.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects, events, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative, resourceful, and always looking for new opportunities to strengthen community relationships.
  • A strong communicator who represents the company with professionalism and confidence.

Qualifications
