We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and creative Lead Crafter & Key Holder to help lead our team while creating beautifully handcrafted cakes that turn everyday moments into lasting memories.
This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in the small details that make a big impact. As a key holder and lead crafter, you’ll help keep the Bakery running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into Bakery management while developing leadership and operational experience with a nationally recognized and growing brand.
What You’ll Do
  • Decorate and handcraft cakes with precision, creativity, and consistency
  • Lead the Bakery team during shifts and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere
  • Open and close the Bakery as a trusted key holder
  • Support daily operations, including guest service, production flow, and inventory
  • Coach and encourage team members while maintaining brand standards
  • Create memorable guest experiences that make every celebration feel special
  • Help create a clean, organized, and JOYFUL Bakery environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced Bakery environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements while decorating cakes
