Position Summary

We’re seeking a Pool Designer & Sales Consultant who can blend creativity with sales expertise. This is the key sales role for our company-helping clients design and visualize their dream pools while guiding them through the purchase process. As part of our customer-first, next-generation approach, you’ll have the freedom to create inspired designs, connect with clients, and be rewarded through a commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for prospective clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Conduct consultations (in-home or virtual) to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Design custom pool concepts using professional design software (e.g., Pool Studio or similar).
  • Present proposals and renderings that clearly communicate vision, value, and cost.
  • Drive the sales process from lead to signed contract, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs align with feasibility and budgets.
  • Manage sales pipeline and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Help represent the new vision of Craft Master Custom Pools- a family-owned company evolving into the future of luxury pool design.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales and/or design (pool, landscape, or luxury residential industries preferred).
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D design/rendering software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial drive-motivated by commissions and unlimited earnings potential.
  • Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools, CRM systems, and digital sales aids.
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and able to translate ideas into reality.
Compensation
  • 6% commission on sale price of each pool you bring in (open to candidates would would like base salary as well - commission would be less than 6%)
  • Unlimited potential for high-performing sales professionals.
