Job description

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients to seek a Piping Designer to join them on an initial 12-month contract assignment in Billings, Montana
MAIN FUNCTIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Creating and revising Piping drawings throughout the design and MOC processes
  • Assembling Piping design packages that will be utilized for construction purposes
  • Providing design assistance throughout all phases of projects
  • Tracking and reporting progress for current and future Piping ProjectsJob Requirements:
  • In depth knowledge of Piping standards, methods, and practices
  • Experience with utilizing 3D modeling and point cloud workflows
  • Must be able to work safely in an office and refinery environment
  • Must be able to perform field walk downs
  • Must be able to work both individually and on a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • AAS Degree or 2+ years of equivalent craft / designer work
