Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Establish monthly calendar of events and conduct in-store demonstrations, classes and workshops
  • Plan and coordinate craft fairs, community service projects and in-store events
  • Explain and demonstrate use of products and craft techniques
  • Maintain and promote the designated craft display area with current and new project trends
  • Coordinate and manage craft class sign ups and scheduling
  • Continuously train store personnel on product knowledge and new craft ideas
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Organize work to complete assignments, maintain accuracy, pay attention to detail and demonstrate customer service standards
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate effective decision-making and ability to exercise sound judgement
  • Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
