Overview CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Specialist in Charleston, SC to support, maintain and optimize process improvement initiatives to streamline organizational processes to improve organizational productivity, improve access to information and decision- making, and increase the utilization of assets and resources. This position specifically supports the company's CMMI, CMMC and ISO certifications and related processes.

Established in 2001, CommIT is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (CVOSB) providing innovative technical engineering and data science services. Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense's (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran's Affairs' (VA) telehealth communications. We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.

Responsibilities Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to- * Implement, support and maintain CMMI processes and automate where possible * Identify and eliminate defects in organizational processes and support the organization's long-term business goals * Support ISO and CMMC certification processes, and post-certification, implement, support and maintain ISO and CMMC processes, ongoing audits and certifications * Support and help update organizational policies, plans and procedures and oversee the training of staff on newly implemented changes * Meet with stakeholders to discuss areas of focus and improvement * Promote a process-driven organization and drive positive change through process discipline, alignment, and governance * Implement and maintain tools to monitor and measure the health and effectiveness of existing organizational processes to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and tools * Support organizational and training needs as needed including planning, scheduling and logistics * Support the design of consistent internal and external marketing material including the company's website, project-related content, and trade show content * Monitor marketing campaign results, analyze key metrics and optimization results * Regularly produce various types of content, including social media posts, press releases, email blasts, and newsletters Qualifications Required Experience and Education: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * Fifteen (15) years of professional experience to include software engineering and software development * Must be comfortable interfacing with internal and external teams * Certified CMMI v3.0 Practitioner * ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor * ISO 20000-1:2018 Lead Auditor * Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management * American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) Security Requirements: * Ability to obtain Secret Clearance Equal Opportunity Employer: CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
