As a claims process lead at Level20, you’ll lead the development of claims operations and service strategies for the launch of a new product being brought to market. In this role, you’ll partner across the organization to design scalable claims processes, establish operational best practices, and help build a high-performing claims organization from the ground up. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert on claims operations and industry best practices, providing strategic guidance that helps shape business decisions, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Minimum qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations for consumer products and/or property and casualty insurance companies with digital and/or business to business distribution and support models
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years business operations for consumer products and/or property and casualty insurance companies with digital and/or business to business distribution and support models

Preferred skills

  • Experience with pet insurance claims
  • Demonstrated success leading claims operations, including process design, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • People leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high performing claims teams
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, influence key stakeholders, and drive business outcomes

Compensation

  • $120,000 - $170,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
