These skills ensure the safety and well-being of children while navigating complex family situations and adhering to legal and ethical standards.

What are CPS workers?

CPS stands for Child Protective Services. CPS workers are professionals who investigate reports of child abuse or neglect and help ensure the safety and well-being of children. Their duties include assessing family situations, coordinating services to support families, and sometimes removing children from dangerous environments. CPS workers play a critical role in child welfare and often face challenging, emotionally demanding situations.
