Job Description

The Post Commander is responsible for the oversight of the Security Officers for a specific jobsite. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, on the job training, maintaining current Post Orders, insuring Officers understand and perform their duties. Post Commanders are also responsible for insuring high levels of client service are maintained throughout the client contract.

Qualifications

    Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    Extremely professional appearance and presentation.
    Positive attitude.
    Must have a CA State Security Guard Card
    Must have at least 5 - 10 years of Commercial security experience.
    Ability to provide excellent customer service.
    At least one verifiable employer.
    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Must have Computer experience.
    Must have a Security Guard Card
