Summary
For over 70 years Annapolis Pediatrics, a division of Trusted Doctors, has provided superior healthcare to the infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in the Annapolis area and surrounding communities. The Maryland practice has grown to over 35 physicians and nurse practitioners in Anne Arundel County and Queens Anne County (Kent Island). We commonly care for children of former patients and are proud of the outstanding level of continuity of care Annapolis Pediatrics provides. With some of our families, we have cared for three generations!
Role
Annapolis Pediatrics is seeking a highly qualified, full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care (CPNP-PC) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients at our Annapolis location. This position is 32 hours per week and focuses on delivering urgent-care-style services within a supportive primary care environment.
The ideal candidate is a passionate and enthusiastic CPNP who is committed to providing exceptional care to children and families within our practice. This role will be split between our Same Day Sick clinic and our pediatric primary care office settings.
Annapolis Pediatrics operates several Same Day Sick clinics across three office locations. These clinics are fully integrated within our practice and provide scheduled (non-walk-in) same-day sick visits exclusively for established Annapolis Pediatrics patients.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $105,000 plus a monthly bonus based on RVU production. With tenure, we offer other compensation models to consider. Salary is dependent on years of professional experience, licenses, certifications, and similar experience to current employees in the position.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications
  • Active Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care (CPNP-PC) license to practice in Maryland.
  • Board Certification in Pediatric Nursing
  • Actively carries NPI, DEA, CDS, BLS and similar, applicable licensing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Pediatric primary care experience in an office/clinic setting preferred.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably NICU, PICU, or pediatric ER.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and applications including electronic health record (EHR / EMR) usage.
