Job description

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support fragrance project execution, formula management, and commercialization activities on site in Northbrook Illinois. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to launch while maintaining formula accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fragrance formulas, revisions, and raw material changes.
  • Coordinate commercialization and project activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead project review meetings and support timely project progression.
  • Serve as the super-user of fragrance project and formula management systems.
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve issues.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project, systems, or operations support; fragrance, flavor, food, or CPG experience preferred.
  • Strong project coordination, critical thinking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
