Position Summary

The Associate Brand Manager, Sr. supports the growth and execution of Pro Food Solutions' military-channel private label portfolio across Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Packaging. This role coordinates cross-functional initiatives from concept through retail launch, helping ensure products, packaging, inventory, marketing materials, and retail programs are delivered accurately and on time. Working closely with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and external partners, the Associate Brand Manager, Sr. supports commercialization, product launches, promotional execution, retail activation, and business analysis to drive brand growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Commercialization

  • Support execution of private label initiatives across the 5 Ps.
  • Coordinate product commercialization from concept through retail launch.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and launch readiness activities.
  • Identify risks and support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations.

Product Launch & Retail Execution

  • Coordinate product launches, packaging updates, merchandising, and promotional programs.
  • Support in-store execution, demos, sampling events, and customer programs.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure inventory and execution readiness.
  • Monitor launch and promotion performance and communicate results.

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Coordinate development of packaging, POS materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
  • Support sales tools, customer presentations, and launch communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage project timelines and action plans using Asana or similar tools.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and follow-up activities to ensure successful execution.

Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze sales, promotions, category performance, and product results.
  • Prepare business reviews, executive presentations, and performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to support growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, project management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Asana preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, food distribution and/or commissary/exchange industry experience preferred.
