Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.  MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience on an executive leadership team.
  • Experience working in and around chemicals in a variety of chemistry applications.
  • 10+ years of experience leading a Marketing team.
  • Experience in CPG marketing.

Bonus points for anyone with these qualifications:

  • Experience in the home improvement or building products industry
  • Fluency in Spanish
