Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who executes at a high level across a wide range of channels - and who understands what it takes for design to work in the real world of CPG retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
This role is built for someone who is fast, versatile, and relentlessly detail-oriented - a designer who can move between a paid social ad, an Amazon A+ module, an in-store display, and a digital brand campaign without losing quality or momentum. You'll work within the design systems established by the AD/Sr. Digital Designer and bring them to life across every channel the brand touches, at the volume and consistency a multi-brand consumer product company demands.
You bring serious craft to your work - sharp typography, confident layout, and a clear understanding of how design performs across retail, digital, and e-commerce environments. This role reports to the Creative Director and works closely with the broader creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & E-Commerce Design
  • Design and produce assets for e-commerce channels - including PDP content, Amazon A+ pages, hero banners, feature modules, and comparison graphics - that are clear, on-brand, and built to convert
  • Build and adapt digital marketing assets for paid social, display advertising, email, and on-site campaigns across ZAGG and mophie
  • Execute seasonal and campaign assets at scale - producing variations, sizes, and format adaptations efficiently without losing brand integrity
  • Maintain and extend e-commerce templates and toolkits to ensure consistency across channel partners and retail platforms
Retail & CPG Channel Design
  • Design print and retail materials including in-store displays, shelf headers, POP graphics, trade show materials, and co-op ad templates
  • Produce retail toolkit assets - formatted, spec'd, and delivered to meet the requirements of channel partners including mass, specialty, and online retail
  • Adapt brand campaigns and product launches into channel-ready materials that meet retailer specifications without diluting the brand
  • Collaborate with the print/retail team on planograms, display systems, and in-store visual execution
Brand & Campaign Execution
  • Execute brand campaigns, product launch materials, and seasonal initiatives across digital and print channels
  • Design social media assets, platform-specific content formats, and digital advertising that reflects current brand standards and platform best practices
  • Work from creative briefs and art direction to produce finished design that is both on-brand and on-time
  • Support the design system by using established components, templates, and guidelines - and flagging gaps or inconsistencies that need to be addressed
Collaboration & Quality
  • Work closely with digital marketing, e-commerce, retail, and product marketing teams to understand channel needs and deliver design that performs
  • Collaborate with the photo/video and 3D teams to integrate photography, renders, and video assets into finished layouts effectively
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across channels and brands without losing quality, detail, or deadlines
  • Contribute to the overall creative quality of the team - bringing care, craft, and a high bar to every asset that leaves the studio
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of senior-level graphic design experience in an in-house or agency setting
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, e-commerce design, retail marketing materials, and brand campaign work - at a high level of craft and execution
  • Deep experience designing for CPG, consumer electronics, retail, or consumer product brands - you understand what it takes to make a product look right on a shelf, a PDP, and a social feed
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - and strong working knowledge of Figma
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy applied across both screen and print
  • Experience producing work to retailer and channel partner specs, including Amazon, mass retail, and specialty channel requirements
  • Ability to work at volume without sacrificing quality - you're fast, organized, and detail-driven
  • Clear communication and the ability to work effectively across creative, marketing, and business teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing within or alongside a formal design system - using shared components, templates, and Figma libraries
  • Familiarity with packaging design, planogram formatting, or retail display systems
  • Motion design skills or experience adapting static assets into simple animated formats for paid social and display
  • Experience with sell-in decks, trade marketing materials, or co-op ad production
  • Background in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or technology product brands
Why ZAGG?
  • Catered lunches every Wednesday
  • Generous PTO plus 2 floating holidays
  • 401(k) match
  • Free phone case and screen protectors
  • 50% discount on all ZAGG products
  • Tuition reimbursement
