VCBO Architecture is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and delivery on impactful projects across a range of sectors, including sacred and institutional work. This role is ideal for a design- and technically-strong leader who enjoys guiding teams, shaping project vision, and contributing to a collaborative, design-focused studio culture.

Youll work with a high level of autonomy, mentor staff, and help advance design quality and best practices across the firmparticularly on projects that require care, continuity, and a deep respect for architectural tradition.
