  • Advanced tax research and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and planning strategies
  • Experience using multiple tax and accounting software platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership mentality with strong ethics, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior accounting staff preferred

Benefits

This opportunity offers more than just another tax role. It provides a clear long-term pathway into leadership within a highly respected CPA firm known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to professional excellence.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in an environment that values technical expertise, responsiveness, and personalized client service. The firm offers exposure to a diverse client portfolio across industries, creating opportunities to expand both your technical and advisory capabilities.

With hybrid flexibility, strong compensation, leadership growth potential, continuing professional education support, and the opportunity to eventually sign tax returns on behalf of the firm, this role is ideal for an experienced CPA seeking long-term stability, influence, and career progression within public accounting.
