Check out all our benefits. What You'll Do You'll be responsible for managing the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly. You will:
  • Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
  • Obtain complete and accurate information while on the call, entering data promptly and precisely recording the unit's location.
  • Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
  • Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
  • Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
  • Keep customers updated on the event status and follow their instructions.
  • Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
Who You Are You are proactive and have experience multitasking and problem-solving. Here's what else you bring to the table: Minimum:
  • High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong customer service experience.
Preferred:
  • A degree in related discipline or industry experience.
Availability:
  • Class start date: October 5, 2026
  • Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET
  • Available work schedules: TBD, but we operate in a 24/7/365 environment.
Work Arrangement:
  • This position is fully remote for those living outside of a 30-mile radius of 300 Commerce Dr, Cherryville, NC
  • This position is hybrid for those living within a 30-mile radius of 300 Commerce Dr, Cherryville, NC
Help keep the wheels turning and the engines humming. Join Cox today! USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour Compensation: Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
