We're looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Service Dispatcher amp; Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our Service Department.

What You'll Do
As the Service Dispatcher, you'll be the communication hub between our customers, technicians, project managers, and vendors.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receive and prioritize incoming service requests for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical customers.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer needs, technician skill sets, location, and workload.
  • Coordinate emergency service calls while maintaining commitments to scheduled customers.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling, arrival times, and service updates.
  • Dispatch work orders electronically to technicians' mobile devices.
  • Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as priorities change.
  • Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process technician paperwork for payroll and customer invoicing.
  • Issue purchase orders and coordinate material deliveries.
  • Assist with equipment ordering and vendor coordination.
  • Support permitting and project documentation as required.
  • Maintain service files, customer information, maintenance agreements, and operational records.
  • Work closely with Service Managers to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
