Bill Brandt Ford | Service Department
Bill Brandt Ford is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Courtesy Delivery Driver to join our Service Department. This position plays an important role in providing a convenient, professional experience for our service customers by picking up and delivering customer vehicles to and from the dealership.
The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, comfortable using mobile technology, and understands the importance of treating every customer vehicle with care.
Position Summary
The Courtesy Delivery Driver will assist the Service Department by transporting customer vehicles between the dealership and customer locations. This role also includes using dealership-approved software to track vehicle movements, take required photos, complete delivery documentation, and communicate updates throughout the pickup and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up customer vehicles from homes, workplaces, or other approved locations.
  • Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safely operate customer vehicles and dealership vehicles.
  • Use delivery tracking software to document each pickup and delivery.
  • Take required vehicle photos before and after transport.
  • Complete digital check-in/check-out documentation accurately.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors, dispatch, and management regarding delivery status.
  • Inspect vehicles for visible damage and document condition as required.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the dealership positively.
  • Follow all dealership policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive a variety of vehicles safely and confidently.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
