Job description

Courtesy Car Driver
Ryan Motors, Williston ND
At Ryan Motors we are committed to exceeding the expectations of every person that walks through our doors.
We are looking for a Courtesy Driver to provide our customers with exceptional experience. You will be part of a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Applicant must have:
    • Valid driver's license
    • Clean driving record
    • At least 21 years of age

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Safely transport customers to and from designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to drive in all types of weather.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the courtesy vehicle, ensuring it is in excellent condition for customer use.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have during their journey.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings as required.
  • Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and any incidents that occur during transport.
  • Communicate and schedule any problems or maintenance needs of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with advisors and other team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Maintain proper etiquette and company confidentiality when communicating with customers.
  • Run to the Bank and DMV Office as needed.
  • Stock the snacks in the lounge as well as the supplies at the coffee stations. Keep coffee full during day. Clean coffee pots at end of day.
  • Monitor the bathrooms periodically during the day to make sure they are stocked.
  • Occasionally help with parts runs to Watford City or Sidney.
  • Other duties as assigned by Service Manager
