Job description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities: 
Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
Manage workforce headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking, timely completion of invoicing for service and parts, and procurement for inventory and expense items.
Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations.
Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs.
Responsible for accounts receivable collections.
Ensure all date entry into secondary systems is completed timely and ensure compliance on service level agreements pertaining to the scheduling of service.
Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field and 5 years of relevant experience required
In Lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite
Must possess a valid driver license and comply with TSV pool, fleet, and DOT policies
Must be able to obtain an airport issued ID badge
