Job description

Vantage Bank is now hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Alexandria, MN.


The primary responsibilities of this position include:

·         Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and pleasant manner

·         Perform teller transactions with professionalism and accuracy

·         Originate documentation required to open or close all types of deposit accounts.

·         Daily balancing of cash drawer and transactions

·         Support online banking, bill pay and mobile application usage

·         Place orders for debit cards, checks and credit cards as requested

·         Balancing, posting and auditing of internal accounts

·         Complete fraud and transaction exception tracking

·         Identifying customers' needs and cross promoting products and services

·         Audit file completeness and track file exceptions

·         Develop proficiency with morning and end of day processing.

·         Provide support for dormant account management.

·         Community involvement/presence.


Secondary Responsibilities:

·         Reconcile customer’s accounts if requested

·         Complete internal reporting as assigned

·         Complete regulatory compliance assignments in the established timeline

·         Prepare and reconcile official checks

·         Create coupon books as requested
