Roles & Responsibilities:
• The Accounting Assistant role will specialize in the accounting processes for all vehicle inventory and dealer trades.
• Assigns appropriate stock numbers to all incoming new and used vehicle inventory and loads them into DMS.
• Processes Dealer Trade paperwork, issues payment, and ensures receipt of payment and MSO from other dealers.
• Monitors new vehicle invoices and submits updated invoices to Controller for floorplan adjustments
• Files invoices, MSO's, titles
• Assists with floorplan audits
• Ensures compliance of state, federal and/or local laws in signing off on MSO's and titles
• Scanning and filing of various office documents
• Other duties as assigned
