This position operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing our counselors to reach clients efficiently and effectively regardless of geographical limitations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' biopsychosocial needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that assist in symptom resolution and improved functioning.
• Provide a range of psychotherapeutic services including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on clinical appropriateness.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary psychiatry team to strategize program planning and ensure comprehensive care delivery
• Serve as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy, encouraging participation and engagement among patients.
• Ensure that all documentation and patient records are maintained in compliance with program standards and legal regulations, utilizing EMR software efficiently.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide triage evaluations, working in collaboration with both outpatient and inpatient teams.
• Adhere to agency policies and ethical standards, fostering a professional and respectful counseling environment.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the realm of mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic alliances with diverse clientele.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications, along with a potential bonus structure.
