The Impact of Sr. Principal Integrations Architect to Coupa

As a Sr. Principal Integrations Architect at Coupa, you will collaborate with our Customers, Partners and internal Product Management teams to implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Your expertise and experience will be crucial in integrating technologies into the Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or AP Automation domains, enabling our teams to manage the successful delivery of integration projects at Coupa effectively.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead professional services projects with some of the largest companies worldwide, as the accountable design face (Solution Manager) with the objective of driving optimal design quality, leading industry practices, and maximum synergy across the entire Coupa suite.
  • Perform a leading role within the Coupa Professional Services COE to drive enablement on business process expertise and consulting best practices across the wider Coupa delivery teams.
  • Conduct architectural design reviews on implementations to ensure quality in delivery from our and partner implementation teams.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures, templates and tools to enhance the quality of delivery team operations.
  • Collaborate with documentation and product management teams to share expertise in further developing content & product.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers key stakeholders.
  • Develop & coach talent, in and out of projects, in the consulting expectations to ensure the right skills mix to meet customer success.
What You Will Bring to Coupa
  • Must have hands-on Coupa experience (implementation / consulting).
  • 15+ years in Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Contract (consulting, SaaS, or in-house).
  • Experience leading teams or global SaaS implementations.
  • Strong client management with proven delivery of workshop management, successful & on-time go-lives.
  • Deep understanding of Procurement + Finance processes and systems.
  • Experience across industries (e.g., Healthcare, Retail, FS, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas).
  • Strong stakeholder management (exec-level, cross-region) and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and customer success principles.
  • Highly organized, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with similar platforms (e.g., Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP) is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and possibly globally.
