SUMMARY:  The Materials Management Clerk is responsible for receiving orders, picking, packing and preparing supplies for delivery and distribution throughout the district.  Additionally, this position provides for the inventory and maintenance of stock levels within the District’s on-hand office supplies and products.  This employee assists the Director of Materials Management and the Purchasing Agent when and where needed, and performs the duties of the Purchasing Agent in the absence of the Purchasing Agent.

 EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate or GED preferred.  Ability to use a computer/work processing is also required. Experience in inventory control, purchasing order processing and shipping/receiving is preferred.
