As a Physical Therapist at Cross Country Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery and developing individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, hands-on modalities, and advanced rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Documenting treatment outcomes meticulously to track patient progress and adjusting treatment objectives as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Providing education and training to patients, their families, and caregivers regarding treatment methods, assistive devices, and effective self-management strategies.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest methodologies in physical therapy.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for all patients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.

• Proficient computer skills, including word processing and electronic health record systems.
• A flexible and adaptive attitude to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
