Experience & Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in country management, commercial leadership, or general management.
  • Proven track record driving growth and business performance in Germany or the DACH region.
  • Experience within premium consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG environments.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in German and English.
What We Offer
  • Full ownership of one of Stokke's most important regions.
  • The opportunity to shape growth, strategy, and commercial success across DACH.
  • A highly visible leadership role within an international organization.
