Job Summary
The Golf and Member Service Attendant serves as one of the first and last points of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional hospitality through valet services, locker room operations, and general member assistance. This position helps create a welcoming, professional environment while ensuring our facilities are clean, organized, and operating at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles.
  • Open vehicle and clubhouse doors and assist members with arrivals and departures.
  • Assign locker room facilities and maintain organized locker assignments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the men's locker room and surrounding member areas.
  • Stock towels, toiletries, refreshments, and other locker room supplies.
  • Monitor locker room facilities to ensure Club policies and safety standards are maintained.
  • Answer member questions and provide assistance with Club amenities and services.
  • Inspect vehicles prior to parking and report any existing damage.
  • Assist with traffic flow and parking during tournaments, events, and busy periods.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or member issues promptly.
  • Support Club operations and assist other departments as needed.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management.

Education & Experience:
High-school graduate or GED equivalent required. Must have a valid driver's license. Entry level, 1-2 years experience in a country club setting preferred. Must have working knowledge of automobile driving and parking.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities throughout the day.

  • Dependable, flexible, and willing to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while delivering exceptional member service.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while working, have good communication skills (i.e., communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English). Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Performing movements which require considerable movement of arms, legs and moving entire body including running, maneuvering and navigating inside and outside of vehicles. Must be able to work outdoors in various temperatures, work directly with the public performing services. Job requires exposure to exhaust and other pollutants as well as exposure to all weather conditions. Must be able to work in an open area with other employees.

Monday-Sunday- 4:45am-7pm
Valet:
Monday-10am-5pm
Tuesday-7:30am-5pm
Wednesday-Saturday- 7:30am-8pm
Sunday-7:30am-6pm
