Private country club in West Houston is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to join our Back Of The House team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a la carte dining, private event/banquet dining, menu development, team building and leadership, assurance of consistency and quality, and high volume commercial kitchen operation.
This is a "lead from the front" position, with the expectation of a hands-on approach and a "do what it takes" attitude. Weekend and holiday availability are required, as is a criminal background check and drug screen.
Pay is commiserate with experience.
