Job description

USA Dream Stone is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who can follow up, build relationships, and close deals.


This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to customers every day, following up aggressively on open opportunities, overcoming objections, and consistently working toward sales goals.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly to new leads and customer inquiries.
  • Follow up consistently on estimates until the customer makes a decision.
  • Turn incoming leads and open quotes into closed sales.
  • Contact past and existing customers to generate repeat business.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and other industry professionals.
  • Help customers select countertop materials, colors, and options.
  • Prepare and communicate estimates and pricing.
  • Identify upselling and additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and keep detailed notes on every opportunity.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, calls, emails, follow-ups, and results.
  • Work closely with estimating, operations, scheduling, and production teams.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and company goals.

  • Is competitive, motivated, and comfortable being measured by results.
  • Has strong closing and follow-up skills.
  • Does not give up after one call or email.
  • Is confident speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person.
  • Can manage a large number of leads without losing track of opportunities.
  • Is organized, responsive, and proactive.
  • Has previous sales experience; inside sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Is comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Has experience in countertops, cabinets, remodeling, construction, flooring, building materials, or home improvement — a major plus.
