Countertop Installer – Experienced

About the Role

We’re seeking skilled Countertop Installers with proven experience in residential or commercial projects. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations, representing our company professionally onsite, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install a variety of countertops (quartz, granite, solid surface, laminate, etc.) with accuracy and care
  • Perform onsite measurements, templating, adjustments, and final fitment
  • Safely operate hand and power tools, including saws, grinders, polishers, and lasers
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop tickets, and installation plans
  • Load, transport, and unload materials with attention to safety and product protection
  • Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and project managers
  • Troubleshoot issues onsite and make adjustments for a flawless finish
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of countertop installation experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of stone, quartz, or solid-surface materials
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Comfort using installation tools and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
