This position will start out at an hourly rate of $18/hr. Once fully trained in the position, base pay will be $17/hr. and you will begin earning commission on sales as well as your base rate.

BASIC FUNCTION Provides exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, quotes, estimates, sales transactions, and product information. Supports store operations by maintaining merchandise displays, inventory organization, and a clean, professional shopping environment while promoting customer satisfaction and repeat business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Sales
  • Provide prompt, professional service to customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, availability, quotes, estimates, sales orders, and related product recommendations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, pricing, applications, and industry trends while promoting customer satisfaction through eAective communication and problem resolution.

Sales Transactions & Store Operations
  • Process sales transactions, refunds, credits, and related documentation in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Support inventory management and store operations by maintaining accurate records, stocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and ensuring assigned areas remain clean and organized.

Team Support
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers to support store goals, customer satisfaction, and operational eAiciency.
  • Comply with Company policies, procedures, and dress code requirements while assisting with additional duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of one (1) year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, read orders, complete forms, and follow instructions.
  • Ability to communicate eAectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors using verbal and written communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
