Your Role: Auto Parts Counter Professional As an Auto Parts Counter Professional, you’ll report directly to the Store Manager and be at the heart of our inside sales activity. You’ll build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the best service and support. Your goal? “Get the Sale!” Close deals, meet targets, and help us drive success.


  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Sales Excellence: Close sales to achieve goals and drive growth.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in counter sales in a competitive market, with a preference for wholesale auto parts sales in the aftermarket industry.
  • Phone Skills: Exceptional phone skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and attentive tone.
  • Customer Base: An existing customer base is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Customer Service: Passionate about exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals.
  • Relationships: Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
  • Automotive Knowledge: General automotive knowledge is preferred.
