Job description

The LADC, LAC or CIT providing expert guidance and support to individuals facing substance abuse and related challenges. This role involves direct client interaction and coordination with other professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment and support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments to determine treatment needs
  • Lead counseling sessions to support client recovery
  • Intervene in crisis situations to ensure client safety
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and related activities
  • Coordinate referrals to additional support services or specialists
  • Provide support and education to clients’ families
  • Deliver substance abuse education to clients and their support networks
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
