Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status during initial and follow-up sessions.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in cultural competency and responsiveness in therapy, ensuring all client interactions are respectful and inclusive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
