• Assessing and responding effectively to the evolving needs of clients, adapting therapeutic strategies as required.
• Facilitating clear communication between clients, their families, and other key stakeholders to optimize care and development.
• Documenting client progress and appointments meticulously, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date and accessible.
• Organizing and conducting home visits for clients, when necessary, to gather comprehensive insights into their living conditions and mental health challenges.
• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, sharing insights and updates on cases.
• Training and mentoring junior staff to uphold the high standards of our programs and ensure compliance with documentation protocols.
• Implementing follow-up strategies, including additional interviews and evaluations, to guarantee ongoing support for clients.
• Acting as a liaison between the public and the mental health community, promoting awareness and understanding of our services.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse population, including adults and youth experiencing various mental health challenges. Our counseling approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, with an emphasis on specialties such as family therapy, substance misuse, and trauma-informed care. Through empathetic understanding and evidence-based strategies, you will be crucial in aiding your clients' journey toward recovery and well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling capacity, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport with a diverse client demographic.
• Thorough knowledge of ethical standards and legal guidelines in mental health practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and the necessary technology to provide teletherapy.

• Specialization in one or more areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma-focused therapy is highly encouraged.
• Prior experience in a remote therapy setting, adapting to and thriving in a telehealth environment.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and client load.
