• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, adhering to ethical standards and compassionate practices.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and actively monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their challenges, emotions, and interpersonal relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Implement strategies that help clients develop effective coping mechanisms and life skills necessary for improved mental health.

This position focuses on serving diverse populations within a community health clinic model, with clients ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. You will be expected to work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • Master's degree in Counseling or related field is mandatory.
