Job description

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) for a full-time and part-time clinic opportunity! This is a great opportunity for an LPN/LVN who enjoys working directly with patients and providing hands-on nursing care in a professional clinical setting.


Pay & Schedule

  • $37-$39/hour
  • Full-time: 32-40 hours per week or Part-time: 2 10 hours shifts per week
  • Onsite, patient-facing position
  • Hands-on nursing and patient care


Responsibilities

  • Administer vaccinations and injections, including influenza and COVID-19 vaccines
  • Perform TB test placements
  • Obtain and document vital signs
  • Complete patient intake and registration
  • Document patient information in the EMR
  • Provide vaccine education and patient counseling
  • Assist the provider with patient care
  • Support patient flow and daily clinic operations
  • Make patient reminder and follow-up calls
  • Assist with urgent or emergency situations when needed
  • Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
  • Provide a professional and positive patient experience


Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience
  • Current BLS certification, including CPR/AED
  • Experience providing hands-on patient care
  • Comfortable administering injections
  • Comfortable obtaining vital signs
  • Experience documenting patient care in an EMR
  • Vaccination/immunization experience is preferred.
