About the Role

The purpose of the Woman Merchandise Manager role is to support the brand overseeing product assortment, inventory levels, and in-store display strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability in Woman Brands. The role is designed to execute  the bridge the gap between buying, marketing, and store operations to ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and at optimal prices. 

MustHave Skills & Experience

  • +8 years of merchandising/planning/allocation experience in apparel & accessories
  • 2-3 years of leadership role of managing a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales, margin, and GP targets
  • Manage sales and inventory at the store level as well as seasonal launches/exits strategies that optimize consumer experience
  • Analyze the business weekly to understand product wins/opportunities with a POV on trade actions for immediate or long term
  • Collaborate with cross functional peers to develop and communicate a comprehensive inventory strategy that aligns future financial and product opportunities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

  •  Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
  •  Comfortable moving equipment, product, or props as needed for shoots.

CA: This is a full time salary position with a wage range of $100,000 - $150,000 /yr
