Nazareth Primary Care (Cottman)- Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Position Summary

Primary Care- Cottman, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Philadelphia market.

This opportunity offers a 100% outpatient setting, strong clinical support, and the ability to build a patient panel within a mission-driven, community-focused health system.

Practice Highlights

Established, high-demand primary care practice

Immediate patient volume available

100% outpatient - no inpatient responsibilities

Team-based care model (APP, support staff)

Integrated Epic EMR

Strong referral network within Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure

Role Responsibilities
