4 Seasons AC has partnered with Costco Wholesale. We are seeking friendly and motivated Lead Generators to represent our company inside Costco stores.


Schedule: Flexible hours available from Monday to Sunday

Position Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week) or Full-Time options available

Perks: Competitive salary $45-$100k+. $20-$40 bonuses per qualified leads. As well as $250 bonuses per lead resulting in sales by our comfort advisors. Also, quarterly and yearly bonuses for top performers!

Locations: Clermont, The Villages, Orlando, Winter Park, & Altamonte


Position Overview: As an HVAC Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality sales leads while engaging with customers in retail environments. You will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts by collecting and inputting customer information into our tracking system, setting the stage for a seamless bid process.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage Costco members in a friendly, professional manner.

• Creating brand awareness (We do AC!).

• Customer Service (being friendly & helpful).

• Acquiring leads (user friendly lead app).

• Maintaining a positive, professional presence representing both 4 Seasons AC and Costco the brand.
