Job description

CSSI Services, Inc. is the premier company for engineering-based cost segregation studies in the nation. Our objective is to facilitate maximum tax savings which improves our client's cash flow, allowing businesses to grow, evolve and flourish.
Position Summary:  A Project Coordinator ensures projects run smoothly by managing schedules, resources, documentation, and team communications.  A Project Coordinator tracks project progress, gathers and maintains documentation, collects data, facilitates meetings, and solve administrative issues to ensure timely completion of projects. Key roles include maintaining project documentation, identifying risks, and acting as the main point of contact for team members as well as clients.

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the following job duties (including, but not limited to):

  • Project management from inception to client delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients and related parties to collect and analyze data necessary for project completion.
  • Effectively communicate with clients on the status of projects.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of completed study results.
  • Analyze completed study results and clearly communicate the results to clients.

Qualifications:

Required:

  1. High School Diploma.
  2. Legal Authorization to work in the United States.
  3. 2+ Years administrative experience in a corporate setting.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field from an accredited university.
  5. Excellent organization skills.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to clients and company personnel.
  7. Must be very detail oriented.
  8. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  9. Excellent customer service skills.
  10. Strong focus on teamwork.
  11. Ability to multi-task and handle large project load.
