You'll be responsible for:
  • Leads feasibility, procurement, cost planning and contract administration to ensure robust project delivery.
  • Manages cost control, valuations, reporting and final account processes with clarity and accuracy.
  • Oversees claims, change assessments and key project certifications through strong commercial governance.
  • Guides and develops cost consultancy teams, driving process improvement, stakeholder engagement and sustainable outcomes.
     
You'll need to have:
  • Proven experience in cost planning, contract management and commercial delivery across major projects.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Degree in quantity surveying/cost management with professional accreditation (e.g., RICS).
  • Solid knowledge of value engineering, lifecycle costing and digital tools, with commitment to sustainability principles.
Note : The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
