The Assistant Manager, Social Media leads day-to-day execution of Hourglass' organic social content and community across all platforms. This role translates social strategy into consistent, on-brand execution across every owned channel.

Acting as the working-level partner across Creative, Influencer, PR, and Regional Marketing, this individual manages the content calendar, community management, and channel optimization, and supports execution of the affiliate marketing program.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented social media professional who has a natural feel for luxury tone and thrives managing multiple channels and deadlines at once.

WHAT YOU DO:

  • Lead day-to-day execution of the organic social content calendar across all platforms
  • Manage publishing, community management, and channel optimization
  • Partner with Creative to brief, produce, and traffic social-first content
  • Support execution of the affiliate marketing program, tracking creator commerce performance
  • Monitor channel performance and translate data into content and engagement recommendations
  • Coordinate with Influencer, PR, and Regional Marketing to source and repurpose content for owned social
  • Manage the social content calendar and posting cadence in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Support community management, including comment moderation and audience engagement
  • Track and report on social KPIs, providing regular performance summaries
  • Ensure all content reflects Hourglass' luxury brand standards and voice

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable translating data into action
  • Excellent written communication and brand voice instincts

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
